I am pretty familiar with testing and diagnosing procedures.So here we go,Truck had no icp pressure,unplug icp still no press.Replaced IPR valve and ICP sensor(due to leaking oil and hard to get to).Went to building 300 lbs pressure,still no start but with some whitish/blue smoke.I Ok checked with a better scan tool ICP voltage is 0.16v with key on engine off and IPR is at 14.84% when cranking IPR jumps to 84.77% I believe the last scanner was just reading desired ICP pressure of 1500psi now it reads erratic at anywhere from 250 up to 690 psi while cranking it never holds a steady pressure on it it wildly bounces within that range (6.0 power-stroke) My truck will not start. I have code for low ICP, EOT sensor high input, and ECT circuit high. I have ruled my ICP is bad by the oil leaking, but it will not start when I unplugged it, and it should start. The ficm Voltage is at 48 cranking and not cranking. The batteries are good to go, the fuses are goods. Ficm sync is good, ficm voltage doesn't drop below 47.5, ipr maxes out at 84.7 when warm and icp won't go above 300 when warm.
